New $109 fanless UniFi PoE, not a used US-8-60W: Lite 8 PoE
New $109 fanless UniFi PoE brick for a small house, not a used US-8-60W. Used US-8-60W lots are last-gen gigabit PoE.
SKU USW-Lite-8-PoE. Eight 1G RJ45. Ports 1–4 are 802.3af/at, 30 W each, 52 W shared. Ports 5–8 are data only. Layer 2, UniFi Network only. Fanless, 99.6 × 163.7 × 31.7 mm, 295 g. External 54 V / 60 W adapter in the box. Maker max 8 W excluding PoE. 8 Gbps fabric. Wall-mount kit included. This is not 2.5G. See Flex Mini 2.5G for the no-PoE 2.5G puck, and TL-SG108PE if you are not already UniFi.

Skip used US-8-60W, US-8-150W, and US-8 non-PoE lots. Still last-gen. Skip this Lite if you need eight PoE ports. That is Ultra, not a used Catalyst. Skip it if the closet is already 2.5G and you don't need PoE. That is Flex Mini 2.5G. Skip it if you are not already UniFi; SG108PE or SG105PE is the other door. Skip Amazon generic cards.
