If the PSU wants 208 V, it does not belong in a closet
Used 1U servers and big Catalysts were designed for a 20 °C aisle and often dual 750 W PSUs that are happiest on 208 V. A closet is a 120 V duplex. Buy the brick.
This is a buying rule, not a new SKU. We have not measured PSU dB. The loudness problem is the 1U PSU fan already named in used vs new. The affiliated buy is anything on an external 12 / 19 / 24 / 54 V brick marked 100–240 V.
