If the PSU wants 208 V, it does not belong in a closet
Used 1U servers and big Catalysts were designed for a 20 °C aisle and often dual 750 W PSUs that are happiest on 208 V. A closet is a 120 V duplex. Buy the brick.
This is a buying rule, not a new SKU. I haven't measured PSU dB. The loudness problem is the 1U PSU fan already named in used vs new. The buy is anything on an external 12 / 19 / 24 / 54 V brick marked 100–240 V.
