TRENDnet is the street-price win plus lifetime / NDAA paper. QNAP adds a loop-detect LED, a 16K MAC table, and a NAS-brand halo. QNAP store at $129 versus Amazon TRENDnet at about $52 is not a close fight unless B&H has the QNAP at $80 again. Both are fanless and have no PoE. QNAP max 12 W, 12 V / 1 A.
