The 8-port closet roundup sends people who need a 10G uplink to the TEG-3102WS (about $200). This 6-port box is the same uplink recipe with less copper and no management. Spec: 4× 2.5GBASE-T, 2× 10G SFP+, 60 Gbps fabric, fanless metal, desktop or wall, NDAA/TAA, lifetime paper in the US/Canada. No PoE.

If you need eight 2.5G copper and no SFP+, stay on the unmanaged 8-port default. If you already know you need VLANs, the TEG-3102WS in that table is the managed hop, not this box.
