When the quiz is not the job
A correct ByteRush quiz is not SSH, not Pi-hole, and not a tick in Lab plan. Tick the weekend path after the old PC actually does the job.
This is the short version of learn the idea, then do the job. People tick Plan because the card turned green. That hides the next real failure.
What counts
| Green card | The job |
|---|---|
| SSH quiz | ssh you@address from the laptop, prompt on the leftover box |
| Pi-hole quiz | A phone on house Wi-Fi shows fewer ads after router DNS |
| Share quiz | A folder opens from another computer |
| Ollama quiz | ollama run answers over SSH |
Sandboxes never touch the old PC. They only build the command.
What next
Rooms: how the three sites fit. Write the address: write the house name in Lab plan.
Skip
- Skip ticking Plan from the couch without the computer on.
- Skip treating XP as a weekend.
