One Labthrift passkey

One Labthrift passkey opens Plan and ByteRush. The notebooks stay separate. There is no shared inbox to reset either one.

New usernames follow the same rule: 3–32 characters, start and end with a letter or number, then letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores. Plan still lets older handles sign in.

What is the same

The username and passkey are shared. Sign in on Plan and you are signed in on ByteRush, and the other way around. The OS dialog says Labthrift.

What is not the same

Plan's closet map never appears in ByteRush. ByteRush XP never appears in Plan. Export each notebook before you wipe a phone. Do not expect email recovery. Walk: keep a lab plan with a passkey, not an email.

Second keys

Add a second passkey. Phone plus laptop. Cloud-backed keys (iCloud Passwords, Google Password Manager, Bitwarden, 1Password) can cover more than one device — only if you can actually unlock them elsewhere. A single hardware key on one phone is not enough.

Before you wipe a phone: export the plan. ByteRush can download progress JSON from the profile page.
