Stuff I have is the notebook
Have / planned / pass is one list on Plan and ByteRush. Stuff I have names, watts, and the closet stay in the Plan notebook.
Tap “I have a NAS” in either app and the other sees it. That does not create an OptiPlex row. Write the leftover box in Plan when you want a hostname, watts, or a closet slot.

Adding “old OptiPlex” in Plan does not flip the Spare PC chip. Ticking Spare PC does not add a notebook row.
What to write where
Use the chips when you want the ByteRush feed to know what you have. Write the leftover box in Lab plan when you want the hostname, the house number, and which service sits on it.
Pick a role on a Plan item (PC, NAS, switch…) and you get a link to the matching how-to and, when there is one, the ByteRush lesson. That is a jump, not a row copy.

- Skip expecting an OptiPlex row to appear in ByteRush.
